Dear McLarty Photography Clients,

McLarty Photography has decided after five years of spending a large majority of my time shooting weddings, that I am going to focus exclusively on my commercial photography work. I will no longer be booking wedding events but I will continue to operate my studio for commercial accounts.

For my wedding clients, please note that this means that I will no longer be carrying our line of custom albums nor maintaining my membership on Pictage.com, our online ordering system for prints, albums and credit card payment transactions.

In order to satisfy my existing clients, please understand:

• You will no longer have access to view any of your images on Pictage.com.

• Any credits for albums or otherwise will expire in 90 days from this email (May 29, 2009).

• Orders that have not been picked up will be destroyed.

• Digital negatives from your event can be purchased on DVD for a fee of $100 (includes processing and mailing fee) for the next 90 days. After May 29, 2009, all digital negatives will be destroyed.

I cannot archive such a large amount of files indefinitely, therefore McLarty Photography will not be responsible for maintaining a copy of your negatives or otherwise in the future.

On a more personal note, I have really enjoyed the past five years. I have met some wonderful people, traveled to some beautiful places, and have been able to capture many amazing memories for my clients. My goal moving forward is to move away from weekend work so that I can spend time with my family, especially our one year old daughter. Weekend work is hard on a Dad and I don't want to miss those special memories of my own. I thank you all and I know you'll understand.

Feel free to email us with any questions!

Best wishes,

Charlie McLarty
